Welcoming Our Newest Members to Rotary Club of Hamilton!

There’s something magical about Rotary Club meetings. Maybe it’s the energy in the room, maybe it’s the coffee… or maybe it’s the fact that we’ve been doing this since 1913 and somehow still manage to surprise ourselves.

This past Thursday, September 25th, we had the honour of welcoming three incredible new members into our Rotary family. It’s proof that, even after 111 years, our mission continues to grow stronger: bringing together like-minded people from all walks of life who want to make a difference—both here in Hamilton and around the world.

Rotary has always been a place where community leaders, big dreamers, and people who genuinely want to help can roll up their sleeves (sometimes literally) and create change. We don’t care about your background, religion, or how many cups of coffee you need to get through a Noon meeting. What matters is the heart behind the hands that serve.

As your 2025 President, I’ll admit it’s a little surreal to stand up and see the next generation of changemakers joining our ranks. It’s like being the captain of a very fun, very productive ship—with fewer mutinies and slightly better snacks.

Please join me in officially welcoming our newest members:

  • Henry Fray
  • Sando Kollie
  • Rajeev Khoodeeram

These three are ready to dive in, meet new people, and help build a stronger Hamilton. They’ve each got their own story, and we can’t wait to see how they’ll help shape ours

Whether it’s supporting local projects, contributing to global initiatives, or just lending a hand where it’s needed most, Rotary is all about service above self—and these new members are already embodying that spirit.

Welcome aboard, Henry, Sando, and Rajeev. Hamilton Rotary just got three times stronger.
