Ambassador Rotary Newsletter

About The Ambassador | Rotary Club Newsletter

The Rotary club monthly newsletter has been a vital tool for communicating our organization’s impact and contributions to our community since 1913. These newsletters have served as a comprehensive record of our involvement in various events, fundraisers, and community service projects, highlighting our dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of those around us.

The evolution of our newsletter is also a reflection of the growth and development of our organization. Our first weekly newsletter, “the Roster,” was published in 1916, followed by “Rotary Rightings” in 1924, with Stuart Lees as the editor. Subsequently, “The Crier” and “The Beacon” followed before settling on “The Ambassador” from the 1960s to current day.

“The Ambassador” has become an integral part of our communication strategy, highlighting our organization’s achievements, events, and ongoing initiatives. It serves as a platform for sharing the stories of individuals and organizations who have benefited from our contributions, and the positive impact that we have made in our community.

If you have any feedback or would like to contribute a story to “The Ambassador,” please reach out to us. We value your input and believe that it is crucial to maintaining an open dialogue with our community members as we continue to work towards improving the lives of those around us.
