SOUPFEST Our first virtual Hands Service Project!
Soupfest virtual hands on service project is here. We don’t have a meeting the first Thursday of February, so we are encouraging Rotarians and Rotary friends to help with our Service Project.
Normally we would have volunteers helping but this year Soupfest has gone virtual. So as usual, Rotarians will pivot and adapt. We want to encourage every Rotarian and Friend of Rotarian to pick up a soup and enjoy some soup….and support SOUPFEST!
This year is indeed different, and your purchase will not only assist Living Rock- Youth Centre help local youth, but you will also be supporting local restaurants when they need it most!
Here is what you can do.
Visit Soupfest website, see the soups and vote for your favourite
Show your Rotary spirit, share a photo of the soup, restaurant or your empty bowl on social media. Don’t forget to send your selfie to [email protected] and we will be having a special prize for all those that participate.
This is our easiest and tastiest hands-on service project. It starts now and goes till February 15th. There are over 19 restaurants that have outstanding soup! Try one, two or here is the challenge…all of them!
Stay safe and keep warm doing your part in enjoying Soupfest and help make a difference in our community!
