Paul, a long-standing Rotary member, brings his decades of experience as a professional dancer, singer, and choreographer to our club. With an impressive career performing in theatre, film, and TV alongside legends like John Travolta and Karen Kain, Paul also leads inspiring workshops and showcases his original Electric Tap Act. He’s been instrumental in coordinating our annual Golf Tournament, combining his passion for the arts and community service to make it a memorable event each year.

Paul, originally from Toronto, began his professional career in dance and singing at just 15 years old. With a career spanning over 40 years, he has graced theatre stages, television specials, mini-series, films, and over thirty national and international commercials. His notable film credits include roles in Hairspray with John Travolta, The Magic Show with Doug Henning and Didi Conn, Superstar with Molly Shannon and Will Farrell, Feast of All Saints alongside Ben Vereen and Jennifer Beals, and A Christmas Carol with Henry Winkler.

Paul’s diverse career includes performances with icons like Karen Kain, Johnny Cash, Ronnie Hawkins, John Ritter, The Muppets, and George Hamilton. He captivated audiences for four years as the lead and emcee of the Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show. His theatre highlights include Oklahoma! at Theatre Aquarius, Swing! with Drayton Entertainment, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas at Stage West.

A talented choreographer, Paul has contributed to popular children’s TV with episodes of Noddy on CBC and the mini-series Falcone for CBS. His original choreography has also enriched numerous stage productions. Today, Paul shares his passion with audiences through All of Me, a 1930s song-and-dance revue performed with his daughter, Carly, and his innovative Electric Tap Act, showcased at industrial shows, festivals, and theatres. After more than 20 years as a dance studio owner, he now teaches Tap, Jazz, and Song & Dance at private studio workshops and national conventions, inspiring the next generation of performers.
