Remembrance Day is about showing our respect and gratitude to the serving and previous members of our armed forces who have sacrificed for our country.
This year many Remembrance Day Services will look different, we wanted to participate in a visual representation that honours Canada’s Veterans. The Royal Canadian Legion was giving the public the opportunity to purchase a wreath for the Remembrance Day Ceremony at the National War Memorial. The Rotary Club of Hamilton is participating in this opportunity to have a wreath placed at the National War Memorial in Ottawa for Remembrance Day and to honour 75 years after the end of the Second World War.
