Tina Rogano, General Manager, Staybridge Suites Hamilton – Downtown

20 Caroline Street South, Hamilton, Ontario, CA, L8P 0B1My presentation will consist of Staybridge Suites and what sets our hotel aside from the other properties within our city. I will also discuss the  “Guest Experience” during their stay with us and how employees and guests interact, and how long term friendships and bonds are formed at Staybridge Suites Hamilton-Downtown. I will discuss how Staybridge is part of the 2nd largest hotel chain in the world “Intercontinental Hotels Group”, and of course owned and operated by one of Hamilton’s most successful development company Vrancor Group. I will touch base on our “Community Involvement”  with Hamilton Health Sciences, Wesley Urban Ministries and the Red Cross and any the recognition we have gained through customer service and community.  I will briefly discuss what has worked for the hotel to ensure a winning environment! How our team interacts with one another and how we have been able to maintain 95% retention of staff since we opened in 2012.
