Rotary @ Noon – Service Project Park Clean-up

Event Details

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in our community with our upcoming Park Clean-Up event at Jackie Washington Rotary Park! Join us for a day of environmental stewardship and community camaraderie as we come together to restore and revitalize our local park.

Equipped with gloves, trash bags, and a shared commitment to preserving our natural spaces, Rotary volunteers will embark on a mission to remove litter, debris, and other pollutants from the park grounds. Whether it’s picking up trash, clearing away fallen branches, or tidying up walking paths, every effort contributes to creating a cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable outdoor environment for everyone to enjoy.

But it’s not all hard work! We will have the opportunity to connect with fellow community members, forge new friendships, and take pride in the positive impact we’re making together. Plus, there will be refreshments and snacks to keep our energy levels high as we work towards our shared goal.

The clean-up starts at noon (12:00pm) and will take about 45 minutes. Following the clean-up, we will have pizza and refreshments.

Jackie Washington Rotary Park is located at 363 Wellington St N. We will meet under the gazebo. Parking is available on Simcoe Street and in a small lot at Simcoe & Wellington St. All clean-up supplies will be provided. Let’s keep Hamilton Clean & Green!
