Join us on Thursday, October 29 for another engaging Rotary @ Noon meeting as we welcome Ruth Matthews and Dan Allen from CIVIX.
CIVIX is a Canadian civic education organization dedicated to helping young people develop the skills and habits of active and informed citizenship. Ruth and Dan will share more about CIVIX’s work with students and educators, the importance of civic engagement, and how we can help prepare the next generation to participate thoughtfully in their communities and our democracy.
For a Rotary Club with a strong commitment to youth, education and building stronger communities, this promises to be a timely and thought-provoking conversation.
Join us for a great lunch, fellowship, networking and an opportunity to learn more about empowering tomorrow’s community leaders.
