Our Rotary @ Noon meeting will have Hamilton’s new Mayor as our guest speaker. Andrea Horwath took charge of her political destiny, winning a close race to become the first woman to wear the chain of office in the City Hamilton in October. Mayor Horwath has been a former Councillor and Leader of the Provincial NDP before becoming Hamilton’s Mayor.
