Telling Tales is at St. Paul Catholic Elementary School (Hamilton)

The Rotary Club of Hamilton, co-sponsored event Telling Tales is excited to share a unique workshop program at St. Paul Catholic elementary school on November 25, 2014.   “Telling Tales Author Experience” with local author Sylvia McNicoll!:

This exclusive prize was won by Grade 8 student Abby Rose. She entered the Telling Tales “My Favourite Story App Contest” where entrants had to snap a picture with their favourite book on our Festival App. Abby is an avid reader, plus an aspiring writer and musician. Now she and her classmates will have a unique opportunity to interact with a very high profile author, listen to her stories and discuss the writing process.

About Sylvia McNicoll
Sylvia is the internationally published author of over 30 books, and winner of the Silver Birch Award as well as the Burlington Creative Artist Award. She will present the writing process behind her book Dying to Go Viral, in which 14-year-old Jade dies skateboarding but scores a one week do over. Jade attempts to complete her bucket list in the Burlington, Hamilton and Niagara region all the while trying to side step fate.
