Hamilton is known as a city that has people who collaborate in many different ways.While collaboration has great results, sometimes its hard to get everyone on the same page. Collaboration requires trust and good relationship building. When things go wrong, sometimes things do not get done. This talk will highlight when we should collaborate, why we should work together and lessons learned along the way
