Frederick Dryden is a founder and managing director of Liberty for Youth (http://www.libertyforyouth.org/) 
He will make a presentation: Run For Youth.He will be presenting the same to Rotary clubs between Ottawa and Hamilton. Liberty for Youth is a Hamilton-based charity organization that works with disadvantaged youth. Frederick is running from Ottawa to Hamilton in October. This is a full marathon a day for 15 days which is a huge undertaking. Frederick will present the objectives for the run and the details of his grueling training program.
