Creating the Culture of Happiness: Why it Matters To Us?
Creating the culture of happiness brings multidimensional benefits like boosting the experiences of joy, contentment, love, and pride, but also improves other aspects of our lives like our energy levels, our immune systems, our engagement with work and with other people, and our physical and mental health. In general, happier people have unique personality traits. For example, they are self-confident, have self-esteem and feel worthy human beings. They make their lives easier for themselves and also for their partners, families, communities, and societies at large. Research suggests that happy individuals are successful across multiple life domains, including marriage, friendship, income, work performance, and health. Learning about creating or increasing happiness is a life skill that has a robust effect on the professional and personal lives. It leads to improved communication skill, higher productivity, and lessened absenteeism. All these unique benefits draw attention to learn the simple life lessons on how to be happier.
