Anne Coleman will be speaking about the Ontario Living Wage. The term “living wage” refers to the minimum amount of money that a worker needs to earn in order to meet their basic needs and have a decent standard of living. In Ontario, there is a living wage campaign that aims to raise awareness about the gap between the minimum wage and the living wage and encourage employers to pay their workers a living wage.
