| Most cities have some kind of city museum to tell the community’s history. But for some reason Hamilton, and Toronto, do not. Toronto is seeking to rectify that with a massive plan to transform its old City Hall into a museum along with other amenities. Should Hamilton be making similar efforts? Mark will go over some possibilities and explain such an effort would require taxpayer assistance, philanthropy and fundraising. |
