This Thursday December 17th is our ANNUAL Holiday Meeting. We are combining the HO HO HO of the Holiday Season with some HA HA HAs.
We are meeting at the Anchor Bar in Jackson Square – 120 King Street West. They have a special room set aside for us. We are treating it like a regular meeting – arrive by 12:00 noon. In the spirit of the season – there will be a CASH BAR and we are encouraging everyone to bring their spouses and friends. The speaker will be a comedian from YUK YUKs (a pretty clean one – I am told – appropriate for our tender ears!).
The Anchor Bar and Yuk Yuks is putting on a LOVELY Christmas Buffet for the price of our regular Rotary lunch – $25.00.
There will be announcements and toasts to celebrate the wonderful Christmas Party at Cathy Weaver school. Paul Gordon is S-at-Arms. And we have MAPLE LEAF HOCKEY TICKETS for Saturday Jan 2. Trevor Pringle has kindly provided them – valued at $115 each. All procceed to Sunshine Fund!
