Rotary Club of Hamilton & Rotary Sunshine Fund
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Rotary Club of Hamilton and the Rotary Sunshine Fund will be held to review and reflect upon the accomplishments and financial position of the 2024–2025 Rotary Year.

Purpose of the Meeting
The AGM serves as an opportunity for members to:

Review highlights and achievements from the 2024–2025 Rotary Year.

Receive and approve the financial statements of the Rotary Sunshine Fund.

Hear reports from the President, Treasurer, and Committee Chairs.

Conduct necessary elections and official business as per club bylaws.

Celebrate the collective impact of our projects, events, and community service initiatives.
