Getting Ready to Be Santa’s Helpers Again!

Christmas is something special in Hamilton, and last year our community made it truly unforgettable.

Thanks to your incredible support, the Rotary Club of Hamilton Children’s Fund, Operation Santa Claus and the Christmas Tree of Hope brought a little extra joy and magic to thousands of local children and families.

And what a year it was:

• More than 10,000 toys distributed to children and families across Hamilton
• Over $35,000 donated to organizations doing outstanding work for children and youth
• More than 50 local organizations and charities supported
• Countless volunteers, donors, sponsors and community partners who helped make it all possible

We simply couldn’t have done it without you.

A very special thank you to Michael St. Jean and his team, our lead sponsor last year, for their tremendous support and commitment to Hamilton’s children.

We are also incredibly grateful to McMaster Innovation Park for its ongoing support, including providing storage space and assistance throughout the year. Thank you to Y108, Energy 95.3 and the Corus team. And thank you to the many community organizations that turn our funding and thousands of toys into something much bigger: smiles, hope and Christmas memories for children throughout our city.

And now, Santa’s helpers are getting ready again.

The elves may still be enjoying the summer, but at the Children’s Fund preparations are already underway for another exciting holiday season.
