Spread the Magic with Operation Santa Claus!

Operation Santa Claus is all about sharing the joy of the season! Each year, we provide new, unwrapped toys to local charities, community groups, and organizations that make the holidays brighter for children across Hamilton.

Thank you so much for helping us make a real difference in our community.

With your incredible support, we were able to distribute over 10,000 toys to children across Hamilton before Christmas. This simply would not have been possible without the generosity and teamwork of our Hamilton Fire Stations, Eastgate Ford, and McMaster Innovation Park. From collecting toys to providing space to store and assist with distribution, your contributions played a vital role in making this effort a success.

As part of our Toy Distribution Policy, toys are provided exclusively to registered charities, community groups, and service organizations that we can commit to supporting. This approach ensures donations are distributed fairly and reach as many children as possible through trusted partners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide toys directly to individual families.

We will be opening the Toy Request process again in November, giving eligible organizations the opportunity to submit requests for the upcoming holiday season. We look forward to continuing this important work together and building on the impact we’ve made for children in our community.
