Spring Uncorked is about enjoying the best that regional restaurants and award-winning wineries have to offer. You can expect approximately 14 food tasting stations where chefs will tempt you with a signature appetizer or mini entrée. It’s best to arrive hungry and give yourself a good two hours to get around the room. But be warned, trying everything is a tall order, given how much socializing goes on while people are en route to the food and wine tasting stations. Be sure to save room for coffee and dessert – we’ll have a premium coffee available and sweets to go with it.
Have you ever wondered what kind of wine you should pair with a certain dish? You will have many options to try and learn. Spring Uncorked is the club’s major fundraiser, raising money to support literacy projects for children in Hamilton’s inner city.
